In an era when sustainability is key, Embr Kitchen founder and head chef, Dougy Robertson, demonstrates his passion and dedication in using ethically sourced, healthy, fresh ingredients in all his dishes. From farm to fork and back to the farm, everything is recycled, reused or composted to relieve the impact that food production can have on the environment.
