You know that feeling, when you’re heading home from work - maybe you’ve just been to the gym too - and the last thing you want to do is start prepping a meal from scratch, let alone shop for the ingredients. Too often you may end up ordering a takeaway or buying a factory-made ready meal, which often aren’t healthy for you or your wallet.

Imagine you could instead reach into your freezer and grab a ByRuby meal, pop it in the oven (or microwave if you’re really pushed for time), and soon be enjoying super-fresh, home-cooked, nourishing cuisine.

Lovingly prepared in small batches in the ByRuby kitchen, there are over 30 dishes to choose from including Fish Pie, Grass Fed Beef Lasagne and Free Range Coq au Vin, as well as a wide range of vegetarian and vegan options, including Butternut and Tomato Risotto, Cauliflower Korma, Ruby’s Three Bean Chilli and Miso Ramen with Rice Noodles & Tofu.

Every dish is prepared from scratch, and popped straight in the freezer to lock in the goodness of the ingredients the natural way - with absolutely no additives or preservatives. It’s basically like pressing pause on a fresh dish, until you decide to press play when you’re ready to eat, and then enjoy a meal at its very best as though it’s been freshly prepared for you there and then, from your own kitchen.

Seriously special food needs to be made with the finest ingredients, and sourcing the best is a priority for ByRuby. Buying British wherever possible, vegetables come in fresh from New Covent Garden market each morning, meat is organic, chicken is free range, fish is sustainable - and all from British sources. Provenance is vital, and ByRuby has great relationships with individual farmers.
